On October 3rd, Open Care hosted a group of architecture students from Columbia University, New York, for a training day. After a guided tour of the architectural complex of Frigoriferi Milanesi and of the various Open Care’s departments, the Director of Conservation and Restoration laboratories Isabella Villafranca Soissons and the physicist Gianluca Poldi holded a lecture on the main preservation techniques, focusing on the restoration of The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci.
