Flash Art Event
OPEN CARE participated in Flash Art Event, the highly original contemporary art kermesse set up between 8 and 10 February 2013 at the Milan Palazzo del Ghiaccio and which saw the participation of 55 solo exhibitions and curatorial projects proposed by the most important Italian art galleries and created not only specifically for specialist staff but also for those approaching the world of art collecting for the first time.
Thanks to the collaboration with the Fondazione Piero Manzoni di Milano, Open Care exhibited six central works of Piero Manzoni’s production on its own stand.
Rarely presented on a single occasion, as on this one, the six objects were made between 1959 and 1961 and contributed to making the Milanese artists one of the most innovatively authentic and explosive artists in contemporary, international art.
